Foods that Help Your Symptoms

Published by admin at 5:42 pm under Women's Health

Did you know there are many common foods that are capable of relieving aches and pains? Do you have a migraine? Eat fatty fish such as trout, sardines or herring to help take away the pain. Flaxseed is good for menstrual cramps while Quinoa is good for fatigue.

Bad breath? Try black, green or oolong tea. Stress and anxiety is relieved with low-fat popcorn, graham crackers or whole wheat pretzels. Use berries for joint pain and ginger for heartburn. If you have gas, peppermint tea or fennel seeds may relieve your symptoms, while ginger will help to calm a burning tummy.
