Mar

Flu VirusWith Spring officially here, along comes the dreaded springtime allergies. Simple saltwater (or “saline”) rinses may help relieve some of the most irritating symptoms by flushing out the allergens in your nose, as well as moisturizing it at the same time. This is a safe and inexpensive alternative to antihistamines. Various nasal saline rinse kits are available over the counter at your local pharmacy. Or, you can ask your doctor how to make your own rinse at home. Let April showers bring May flowers, not a red runny nose and stuffed-up head!
