Jodie Sweetin and Cody Herpin Have Baby Girl, Zoie Laurel May
Actress Jodie Sweetin, 26, and husband, motion pictures transportation driver Cody Herpin, 30, are celebrating the birth of their first baby, a daughter. As anyone can imagine, life is pretty hectic at the moment for the brand new parents, but despite that, the proud new father shared their baby’s full name exclusively with Sure Baby, Zoie Laurel May Herpin
Baby Zoie arrived on Saturday afternoon, April 12th- almost a full week past her due date of April 6th. The couple’s baby girl weighed 8 lbs, 7 oz and measured 21 inches. Cody told Sure Baby,
“She [Jodie] had to do an emergency c-section .. We finally had her yesterday, but Jodie was in labor since Thursday. It was 40 some hours.“
According to a representative for Jodie,
“She and her husband and family are absolutely thrilled and in love with baby Zoie.”
Even though we’re all very anxious to see photos of their beautiful new baby girl, we won’t be seeing any just yet. That is, until they come out in People. Like the first photos of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s twins, exclusive rights to Jodie Sweetin and Cody Herpin’s baby Zoie have been secured by People Magazine. But, we don’t need to see photos to be sure Zoie’s perfectly adorable!
Jodie starred on Full House for 8 seasons, playing the middle daughter, Stephanie Tanner. Cody worked in the transportation department for Resident Evil: Extinction, as well as other movies. The couple was married last July 14th in Las Vegas.
A very big congratulations, Jodie and Cody! We hope Jodie’s getting some much-needed rest after such an incredibly long labor and subsequent C-section!

i cant beleive jodie had a baby and got married she got married when she was 20 years old and had a baby at 26 years old but good thing is that she has a family that is wonderful…………………………………..:]
I want to offer “congratulations” to Jody & Cody from all of Cody’s Ohio family on their marriage and the birth of Zoie.
I personally know that the name “Laurel May” comes from Cody’s grandmother’s name “Laurel May James” (deceased). Aunt Laurel was a very classie, wonder lady who just happened to be married to my Uncle Delmar James, a native of Ohio who lived most of his life in California (also deceased).
Congratulations also to “Grandma Cheryl”, Cody’s mom.
