Carnie Wilson and Rob Bonfiglio Expecting Second Child

Singer Carnie Wilson and husband, guitarist Rob Bonfiglio, are expecting their second baby in June. Carnie had been on a weight loss plan to drop some pounds before becoming pregnant and after gettting down to about 160 lbs, is thrilled to be expecting. Carnie Wilson is the former member of the group Wilson Phillips and is the daughter of Beach Boy Brian Wilson and Marilyn Wilson, (a member of the 60's group. "the Honey's"). She is a strict vegan and health food activist. In May, 2005, People Magazine quoted Carnie, "Was I a perfect gastric-bypass patient? Yes. Was I the perfect gastric-bypass pregnant woman? No. I made a decision to enjoy my pregnancy... So sue me! But I've learned a lesson: Next time I've got to watch the carbs". That's not an easy task for anyone. When I was pregnant and my body was craving something specific, all sense of logic went out the window. I wish Carnie the best and admire her for her approach to lose some weight before having a another baby. Most of us aren't like the superstar Hollywood moms we read about ... we gain a little weight while pregnant.

The couple also have a 3 year old daughter Lola Sophia Bonfiglio who was born April 22, 2005. She weighed in at 7 pounds 2 ounces. Congratulations going out to the Carnie and Rob.
