4 Year Old Shoots Babysitter

A four year old little boy gets angry at his baby sitter and shoots him. Eighteen year old Nathan Beavers had stepped on his foot. The boy promptly went to a bedroom closet and returned with a shot gun.

I remember when my teenage daughter went two houses down to babysit for a family whose little boy had an anger management problem. One day she came home and told me that when she wouldn’t let him have his way, he told her he was going to get his Daddy’s gun and shoot her. His father worked for the FBI and always had a gun in the house. Of course I wouldn’t let her go back after that time.
She had dealt with anger at his home before, but it had been escalating.

This story of a four year old Ohio boy shooting his babysitter for accidently stepping on his foot, makes me realize that I made the right decision back then. I am amazed and saddened that there are so many anger management problems among our youth.
