Recall: The Land of Nod Canopies

Due to Entrapment and Strangulation risks, there has been a voluntary recall of the Land of Nod Children’s Canopies , “Home Sweet Playhome Canopies.” The concern is that a child’s head could become trapped in the window openings. There were two occurrences of a child’s head getting caught in the canopy but no injuries have been reported.

There were approximately 2400 canopies sold through the Land of Nod catalog, their website and stores from September 2003 through October 2005. They were sold for around $100 for the canopy and $139 for the canopy and cushion set and in the colors of pink and blue.
