Infantino Toys Recalled

Do you have one of these colorful toys?  Check your toy box and if you find one, don’t let you child play with it.  The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, in cooperation with the company, Infantino, announced a voluntary recall of these colorful infant toys.

There have been 45 reports of blue metallic fabric detaching from the toys which poses a choking hazard to babies.  No injuries were reported.

These infant toys were sold at Babies “R” Us, Wal-mart, Meijer and other specialty toys from June 2007 through February 2009 for $10-$20.  Consumers are urged to contact the company at 888-808-3111 or visit their website at infantino.com, for a free replacement
