Josh Turner and Wife Jennifer Welcome a Boy

On Friday, June 26th, country music star, Josh Turner and his wife, Jennifer welcomed another son, Colby Lynch to their family. The couple already has a 2 year old son Hampton Otis, born in 2006 who is very happy to have a little brother.

Elated, Josh said, “I’m just a proud daddy right now.”   His producer, Frank Rogers, jokingly told his wife that she needed to wait until Josh finished his record before she had the baby. The album was finished last Thursday at 6:00 PM. After Josh got home, Jennifer went into labor and they were at the hospital by 10:30 PM that night. That’s what Josh called perfect timing.

Josh Turner met his wife, Jennifer in 2003 at a classical training vocal program and they wed that same year.   Josh was raised in a Christian home and is a devout Christian which is reflected in his music.
