Another Baby Pacifiers Recall

Do your baby pacifiers look like these? If so, stop using them. Today, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a recall of “My Baby Soother” Pacifiers due to a choking hazard. The distributing company, T&L Trading, has refused to recall the pacifiers which prompted the CPSC to do a mandatory one.
“My Baby Soother” pacifiers were sold at grocery stores, delis, and discount stores in Bronx, Brooklyn, Broadway, and Coney Island of New York from August 2007 through July 2009 for about $1.
The safety concern is that the pacifier nipple can separate from the base of the pacifier and cause a baby to choke. The CPSC is urging distributers to stop selling the pacifiers and consumers to toss them in the garbage can.
