Mom Feeds Family on $4 Per Week

Kathy Spencer walked into her local grocery store, collected her groceries, went to check out and the total was $267.  But, wait, her coupons needed to be added in.  One after another, Kathy watched as her coupons were deducted.  When the cashier was finished, she handed her a penny. That’s right it cost her $.01 for $267 worth of groceries.  Kathy claims that she feeds her family of six with as little as $4 per week.  Check out this video from ABC News.
