Amy Poehler Pregnant with Second Baby

We all know who actress Amy Poehler is, from her 8 years as cast member in Saturday Night Live, to her recent leading role in the NBC show “Parks and Recreation”, including her roles in movies such as “Mean Girls” and “Baby Mama”.

Prohler is about to become a real life baby mama... for the second time! Amy is now a few months into her pregnancy, with the baby due by the end of summer or early fall. According the the latest reports, both her and Will Arnett (her husband, who stars in the show “30 rock”) are extremely happy with the arrival of their second child. Their first born, Archie, is now 16 months old, so both children will have an age difference of just over two years.

If you're a fan of the show “Parks and Recreation” (which has been recently renewed for its third season), you may be curious how Amy Poehler's pregnancy will affect the show – after all, she does play the leading role. Contrary to early rumors, the pregnancy won't be written in the show's storyline... however, some re-arrangements will be in order.

Currently, the last few episodes of the second season are being produced. Immediately afterward, the show will remain in continuous production. They'll try to record as many episodes as possible for the third season, before Poehler's pregnancy becomes obvious and she goes on maternity leave. The show's production will then be halted just for enough time until Amy Poehler is ready to resume her work.

By the middle of the third season, you can watch out for strategically placed objects to block Poehler's baby! We are very excited and looking forward to see pictures her second baby, by the end of the summer.
