A People Magazine online article titled; "Real Housewives of O.C. Drama: Tamra Barney’s Husband Files for Divorce" discusses the impending divorce of the couple as well as the reasons behind the January filing. Unfortunately, the headlines didn't stop there, according to Radar Online Simon Barney has now been arrested and charged with Domestic Violence.

The posting describes a heated altercation between Tamra and Simon followed by his allegedly throwing a dog leash at her.
