Jenny McCarthy Tweets Oversized Pregnancy Photo

Jenny McCarthy proves a picture is worth a thousand words, backing up her claim that her weight shot up to 211 lbs during her pregnancy – the actress posted a picture on Twitter of her sizable baby bump.

“For anyone who doubted my 211lbs at pregnancy here is a photo i found! Meaty meaty ass! Whoa!” the caption read.

The picture was taken shortly before her son, Evan Joseph, was born on May 11, 2002. Jenny was married to actor / director John Malory Asher at the time, but has since been divorced. She’s recently single again, after ending her long-term relationship with Jim Carrey.

The picture was posted after McCarthy, who shared the story of her weight gain, was met with disbelievers. While most people might shy away from posting photos of themselves at their heaviest, McCarthy had no problem - perhaps because she was able to shed the weight quickly and return to her former-Playboy model bod. In fact, just three months after giving birth, McCarthy had dropped an estimated 90lbs and was looking fit and firm for the cameras while filming Scary Movie 3.

McCarthy gives credit to Weight Watchers for helping her get back to her normal weight after delivery. "They taught me portion control and to be conscious of what I put in my mouth," she said in an interview with Shape Magazine.

Aside from posting photos on Twitter, the actress is continuing her advocacy for autism research (her son Evan has been diagnosed with the condition). She recently partnered with the company Magic Bullet, makers of the top-selling mini-blender, to release a special edition blue Magic Bullet, with a portion of sales profits going to families affected by autism via her charity, Generation Rescue.
