Emily Deschanel Has Baby Boy!

Bones star Emily Deschanel became a proud mother yesterday! She and husband David Hornsby welcomed their first child into the world on Wednesday.

The bouncing baby boy will bear the moniker Henry Hornsby - and the staff at SureBaby approve of Emily's choice. The traditional name has a very solid ring to it, while still being quirky enough to befit a Hollywood baby.

News of little baby Henry was leaked to the public yesterday as Emily's Bones costars tweeted their excited congratulations. T.J. Thyne tipped fans off by tweeting "CONGRATULATIONS EMILY D!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay yay yay!!! )" and some think that David Boreanaz's less direct tweet “Happy Dance! Happy Dance!” was also in response to the news.

Emily's rep confirmed news of her new arrival today to People Magazine, but so far no details have been released other than the baby's name.

Emily and David Hornsby, who stars in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, were married nearly exactly one year ago, on September 25, 2010. They announced their pregnancy this past March.
