Baby Lisa Irwin Still Missing – Parents Say Cell Phones Vanished
At SureBaby, this isn’t the kind of news we want to be reporting on, but as the case of missing Missouri baby Lisa Irwin continues to stump police officers, the more press coverage, the better.
Baby Lisa was abducted from her home on Monday night, sometime before her father returned from his night shift at 4 am. Jeremy Irwin found several oddities in his home when he returned, including open windows, lights being left on and an unlocked front door.
When it was discovered that the baby was missing from her crib, Irwin and the baby’s mother Deborah Bradley also noted that three cell phones that had been left on a counter had also disappeared.
"We were running around the house and were screaming for [Lisa] and she was nowhere," Bradley said. "Then I said, 'Call 911, call 911.' But Jeremy couldn't find the cell phones. They were gone."
There has been no progress made by police on the case, though a search is being conducted today on an area of woods behind the family home.
Lisa Irwin is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. She weighs roughly 26 to 30 pounds, and is 30 inches long. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing purple shorts and a purple shirt with white kittens on it. Additional details given are that she has two bottom teeth grown in, a beauty mark on her outer right thigh and a bug bite below her left ear. She also had a cold with a cough when she was last seen.
