The more children I have, the more memory loss I experience! I jokingly tell my friends that I’ve lost 10% of my brain cells with each child I’ve had. But in all seriousness, there are foods you can eat that will help to boost your memory:

Did you know there are many common foods that are capable of relieving aches and pains? Do you have a migraine? Eat fatty fish such as trout, sardines or herring to help take away the pain. Flaxseed is good for menstrual cramps while Quinoa is good for fatigue.
Scientists have recently found that the more cola a woman drinks, the more brittle her bones will be. This is the case for both regular and diet soda. It is thought that the phosphoric acid found in cola drinks is the source of this problem. This acid may cause calcium to be excreted from the body, increasing the risk for brittle bones.
