Here again. Not sure how to start this blog so, i'm just going to ramble on as it comes. I started taking pilate exercises as soon as i found out i was pregnant and i must say, it's been really helpful. However, I had to modify them to suit my present situation since pilates is strongly chore oriented. Yoga is also another good stretching exercise like pilates. It is important to note though that during pregnancy, your limbs and joints become more supple and flexible so, over stretching could lead to injury. If you haven't already signed up for a prenatal exercise class, I highly recommend it for all of you pregnant ladies. It's good preparation for ladies ttc as well. God bless.
