Just to let you all know, I had my scan on the 14th, but I refused the internal. I arrived at Radiology for my ultrasound and went in, a bloke was doing it and said he would be doing the internal as well. AFU had assured me they would be doing the internal and had showed me the room and all at my earlier appointment, when I told him this he called them a bunch of liars! I said I was not comfortable with a man doing the internal and asked for a woman. He told me there were only two men on, so i'd have to rebook if I wanted a chaperone. My husband had been parking the car and he wouldn't give me time to check if he was back to be with me, he even refused a nurse, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I have been told I need to write a letter of complaint about him to the hospital by AFU themselves, which I will do. Im not letting him get to me now, but at the time I left in tears, infertility is hard without jerks like him to make matters worse.
