So, i am 30 weeks a couple days along my baby has SUA (single umbilical cord artery) and we are getting our next ultrasound june 17th and im getting so freaked out.....Not sure what to expect he is very very active especially during the day when im walking and sitting ( especially sitting) but everything they've checked for this pregnancy they have called me in right away with problems nothing really really bad aside from SUA but i just had blood work done and they called me in when they got the results and i have a hypothyroid again (had it just before my husband and i started trying to get pregnant with my first son) and just showed up again yay lol.....But im soooo worried they are going to call me after this next ultrasound and say somethings wrong....the results from a SUA is kidney and heart defects which is why we have to get an ultrasound at 32-34 weeks the other ultrasounds were good and the heart specialist seemed to think everything would stay that way which is reasuring but just to be safe wanted this next one done.....Started with the 19 week ultrasound a few days later they called and we had to drive over 5 hrs to see a heart specialist, childrens hospital dr and a few other techs and had a Echo ultrasound to make sure everything was fine....our Fetal ultraounds here dont show the detail they wanted.....But whats going to happen if they call me....my heart will break if my babys kidneys or heart arent growing.......
