If you don't get into University, could you take some extra courses to increase your chances to get in?

Was there any travelling or different jobs that you would like to try out? Now is the time when you will want to be exploring your options and seeing what is out there.

You could volunteer or work part time in various fields and see if you like any of them. Rather like trying on a career and seeing if it fits you!

Did you have any other interests that you would like to explore?

I would personally recommend that you take the teaching course and see your studies through. After all, you are more than a uterus and have goals, hopes and dreams for your life, career and parenting. There is plenty of time to have children.

Grandparents are too funny sometimes. They can place a ridiculous amount of pressure of folks. I think it is a little bit selfish when they do too. After all, they get to play and go, but it is your life that will be defined by mommyhood for the next decade+.

Maybe you should get a kitten they could coo over!

Why do you want to switch from Yasmin? I have heard great things about that pill.

No, the registration on internet opens 9 Dec only. I want to study teaching it is about a 4year course.

I am using Yasmin, but I am thinking of going to the doc to change to the injection if I can.

I know they have the coolest job, but they a reputting pressure o us to give them the job.

Thanks

Have you applied to school yet? How long is the course of studies?

What type of birth control are you currently using with your husband?

Keep in mind that grandparents have the coolest job ever! They get to play with the kids and do all the fun stuff, then they leave and you will be taking care of them 24/7 day after day. It is all fun and games for them, but it will define your life for the next decade until they are more independent and don't require as much one on one attention.

If there are things you would like to accomplish with your life, now is the perfect time to do them! You have plenty of time for baby making!

As for learning about pregnancy you could read some of the many articles we have here on the site or through the site's main blog "The Mom Blog",

Get a few books out of the local library (make sure they are recently published so that you are not getting old or outdated material) and read up.

Once you have read through the site here, let me know, I would be happy to point to some more resources.

Welcome back to the site!

I think that if you would like to go back to school and get your teaching certification, it will be far more productive to be able to concentrate on one thing at a time.

What if you have problems in your pregnancy or find that you are unable to concentrate on your studies?

There are no wrong decisions in this situation. Frankly, you are only 22, you have plenty of time to have children, it may be better to get your education first and join the workforce for awhile, then take some time of to have children.

Go to school and enjoy your adult married life for awhile. Maybe try to travel and experience the world for a bit then settle down into baby time.

I would certainly learn about pergnancy and child care before jumping in with both feet.
