Okay so, my boyfriend and I are trying to have a baby, but I know that there are certain days in a month, (either before or after your period) that you ovulate. The trouble is, I dont know when exactly that is, or how it all works...anyone know??

And also, if anyone has any tips or advice on what i should do to get pregnant, please post for me..? THANK YOU ^_^

Everyones cycle is a little different. From what i have read on average most people ovulate about 14 days give or take a few after the start of there last period. You can take your BBT daily to track your ovulation or check your discharge. It will become almost stringy when you ovulate. I hope that helps. There are a ton of articles on the internet that can give you more detailed info...just search ways to calculate ovulation.

Hi..

You can even spot your ovulation by observing your cervical mucus.

After your periods ends, you might have noticed yellowish discharge from your vagina, then it will change its characteristics to whitish.

During ovulation there will be clear discharge almost looks like egg white.

If you have perfect mensural cycle, you will be ovulating on 14th day after your periods started.
