well i was given the book "what to expect when your expecting" and it was a great help! it has the basics, no smoking or drinking...but then it has some not greatly known facts too such as dont eat too much fish while your pregnant. about two servings a week will do. they worry about the mercury. it can be toxic to infants, children and even adults...
i suggest buying that book, and what to expect the first years. they were a great help!
