Thanks for your reply. Ive been tracking my ovulation by my menstrual cycle still no luck. Ive been taking folic acid, no drinking, regular intercourse, even lying upside down after intercourse!! So frustrating that i got pregnant both times before in the first month. Could u tell me more about my temp and how to track it??

Thanks :)

Hi Bing-Mushroom (and what an interesting callname),

It sounds like you are doing everything right to conceive. Taking folic acid and all that. Sometimes these things just take time, but that doesn't help much at all does it?

Numb3 has posted a great little ovulation tracking resource for you. Tracking your basal body temperature and cervical mucous will give you all the information you need to optimize your most fertile days of the month.

She isn't off base about the connection between a woman's orgasm and increased odds of conception either.

Fingers crossed for you and plenty of virtual baby dust coming your way!

Sorry to hear that.

It really sucks doesn't it? You try, then wait, and wait and wait some more, all the while trying so hard to not get your hopes up...but you do anyway, because it is human nature and then Boom, you get your period and start all over again.

I really can't endorse tracking your basal body temperature and cervical mucous enough. It really puts you in more control of your fertility and lets you know when exactly you are ovulating, where as going by the usual day 14 of a period is actually not very accurate.
