Trying to Conceive | could it have been implantation spotting?

Morning everyone, im new on this site and i wanted to ask a question and to please ask for your opinions and advice.

My af is due on the 27th Feb ( 5days away), and 5 days ago i noticed a small amount of spotting mixed with white cm (sorry for tmi),  it lasted on and off for the day, then disappeared.  After about a day or so, the cm has stopped, but i get the feeling that af is here, so i run to the loo to check. but nothing.  The last 4 days ive been dizzy and yesterday morning a tiny bit nauseas, but i think thats stress/work related.  As im typing this now, my lower back is aching just a tiny bit, im dizzy and constipated (for last 2 days now).

My breasts are normally quite sensitive by now before AF, but this month, ithe soreness is late. I have no indication in my breasts that they are about to get sore either.

Now, im wondering, if that spotting 5 days ago was implantation spotting?  Because i havent ever had this before.  My DH and I have been TTCing for 9 months now, so...lol...i tend to check when i go to the bathroom.

On the other hand, im also telling myself, that if its  not implantation spotting, that it could of been a late Ovualtion spotting.  I ovulated on 14th Feb and DH and I bd on the 13th....maybe this month i Ovulated on the 17th? 

My cycle is a pretty standard 28 day cycle...with the exception every odd month that it becomes a 27 day cycle.

So, thats my story...are there any ladies that can advice me or share their opinions with me?

Hello claire. From ur description, it could be implantation bleeding. U should wait for a week and then, take a blood test at your doctor's. I would also recommend you start taking prenatal vitamins. Hope you get your desired results. Cheers.

Hey I'm new too, I actually just joined cause I'm having similar problems, and I'm getting a little worried. For the past few days, its just been very light, brown streaks more or less, and it's a little early for my period. Also, my breasts usually get really sore around my period, and they're not now. So maybe if you find out what's going on with you, you could let me know...

Im not quite sure on how to use this so i just gonna put my question in the reply box lol anyways here goes me and my bf are trying to conceive and my period is never weir and i got it feb 21 went way feb 23 came back feb 24th went away that night came back the 25th went awaythat night havent got it since..i have beengoin to the bathroom alot more major mood swings n just today at work i was getting mild cramp couple seconds at a time...my breast as my bf has said has def been getting bigger but ive took so many pt and all came back negative

I don't recall having implantation bleeding.  The only thing I had was spotting 5 days before my last period which started Dec 1st.  I was late in Jan and had a blood test done Jan 5th.

I'm now 16 weeks in.   My breast have been terribly sore since like the 1st week in Dec.   When I roll over while sleeping the pain gets pretty bad.  For me it hasn't been the normal soreness before your period at all.  They are extremely heavy as well.  I was only a B cup before and now.... Whoooosh!!!!! 

Nausea started in Jan for me.  All day everyday..  I also had a major loss of appetite at that time as well.  

Lower back pain...OMG!!  Mine was pretty bad in Dec and Jan.  Thank god thats over.  We had ointment, heating pads.. lol  and a massage chair.. 

Hope this helps..  The moment I kinda knew was when I read on here from someone that the veins in your breast and chest and really noticeable.  I ran to the mirror and wow...   But then I was like, was it always that noticeable and had no idea.  Have a good look at your body now, it'll make it easier to tell if there has been a change.
