Well....i have to admitt.....this is the part of the pregnancy i dont really like.....THE LAST 6WKS!!!!! Im buggared....I cant get to sleep at night, ive tried pillows, heat packs and still not much luck in the sleep department lol then during the day when i put my toddler down for a nap, ill have a cupper then as soon as i lay on the couch for a nap, hes awake again !!!! This is gonna sound silly but of a night i need to have my hubby in bed with me or else i wake every hr and cant sleep, but at the moment hes got the end of a cold and doesnt want me and little man to get sick so hes been sleeping in the other room! So apart from being uncomfy, my hubby is in another room (which happenes to be right next door) and i cant sleep cos of the baby moving all night long lmao! Atleast when hes finally born ill be able to get a liitle bit more sleep.....maybe!! Oh well, i only have to put up with the uncomfyness for a little bit longer lmao But if any1 has suggestions that would be fantastic xxx

I feel your pain! It doesn't seem fair that we have to lose sleep BEFORE the baby arrives, too. Since I can't so much about the baby moving about in the night, I try to do what I can to make my bedroom as comfortable as possible -- really light cotton sheets, a really supportive pillow for my head (and a big soft one for my body). Oh, and I know it's a cliche, but warm milk works! Serously, I really dislike the idea of drinking milk (I have since childhood), but there's something in warm milk that just knocks me right out. Good luck getting some sleep! Not too much longer to go!

I wish I had some suggestions for you. Last time, when I got to that uncomfortable end stretch, nothing seemed to help, not even pillows. It was summertime and all the pillows in the bed just made me hot and sweaty. How about a foot and leg massage from hubby before he disappears into the other room?
