Trying to Conceive | Help!!!!!

ok here i will start ....... i bought a pack of ovulation tests to test for ovulation because my periods aint back yet well i had been trying to use them everyday but kinda lost track for a little while and a few weeks ago well 2 weeks ago to be precise I checked my cervical mucus and it was really stretchy sorry if tmi so then took an ovulation test and the line was darker than usual but not dark enough to be considered ovulating so i think maybe i just missed it but luckily me and my bf had sex the day before well the reason i am askin this is because now its been 2 weeks and im feeling odd i keep crying at stuipid things i had major heartburn and nausea today and last nyt i had a dream i took a pregnancy test and it was positive and then i took another 2 coz i couldnt believe it and they both came back positive im just wondering what this all means am i going crazy lol xxxx

sounds like there is a chance!!! althou it may be way to early for you to take a pregnancy test and have an accurate result....By the symptoms sounds like early prego signs....if it did just happen to concieve then you may still have your next period just remember that it doesnt mean that your not prego....it will be different thou then what your "Normal" period is thou.....*sprinkling baby dust* i will pray that you are!!!! i would make a drs apt in the next month month and a half here and get the blood test done!! hpt arent that reliable for exact results save your money and get the blood test done!!!!!!!!!!! good luck

Sounds like pregnancy symptoms to me. You could be pregnant. However, a hpt is not reliable. A blood serum test is best. As for the dreams, right now, you're filled with thoughts of pregnancy so, it's only natural that you dream about it. I hope the blood test gives you the results you need. Cheers.
