OK So I may be a little bit nutty. I had my 2nd child 9 months ago and I really want another one. I really never thought I'd say this - especially since pregnancy for me is not easy but I actually miss being preggo! Maybe its because I am getting older but I just cant shake the incredible urge that I really really want to have one more. I waited 10 yrs in between my children. My son is 10yrs old and my dgtr is now 9 months. The affect she has had on him is unbelievable. He has been doing so much better in school, he has become so much calmer, he absolutely ADORES her. When I asked him what he thought of us having another baby he told me 'no thanks, I don't want to take any love away from Stephanie'. This from the kid who BEGGED me for 10 yrs to give him a sister! LOL For now the door for another remains open. I would like to begin trying when she turns a yr old. Although having a new born with a toddler is not something that I really want to do - I don't have much choice either. I'm not getting any younger! On the plus side - my son is amazing and helps me so much that I think it would be ok! Just babbling..... don't mind me!

Ahhhhh I am NOT preggo anymore! LOL I have not signed in here in quite a few months. So - Let's see, I ended up leaving work a week earlier then I was planning. My baby sat on my siatic nerve and I was put out on bed rest (what a joke, as if I could have walked anywhere anyway) As much as I thought she would have came early, she did not! She hung in there all the way till April 2nd, and I think she was quite mad that we took her out! LOL My baby girl was born at 6lbs 12oz 18 1/2in, she was so small. My little peanut. All went very well, no complaints at all. I made it through without a panic attack this time, phew, and we both did very well. I went home 2 days after she was born. Easter Sunday to be exact. My son adores his sister and I must say she adores him as well. She is only 3 months old but she deff. knows her brother. All I can say right now is - life is good and I cant remember when, if ever I was this content with my life!
I have not written in a while. Been very busy with work, family and this very difficult pregnancy! So much harder the 2nd time around. None the less - I have made it through. I have 2 weeks left of work (phew) and then a week and a half of home time before my little girl arrives. I am scheduled to have her via c-section on April 2nd. Unless of course - she tries to make an earlier appearance! LOL I must say - I am sooooo tired. I am counting down the days at this point. I can not wait to meet my little girl and start to feel human again! LOL
Hello, I am now 18weeks. I found out that I am having a girl and I couldn't be happier...... I am sooooo excited!
Hello, I will be starting my 16th week on Friday 10/23/09. When should I begin to feel the baby? I probably should know this - being that I am not a 1st time mom but in my own defense - I had my son close to 10yrs ago! LOL I remember the 1st time I felt my son, I remember what it felt like too - but I just dont remember how far along I was. I am also still very sick. This baby is kicking my butt. So much different from my 1st pregnancy! Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Good Morning, I have not posted anything in a while - so I figured I would write an update! I am now 11w 5d. I have had some scares along the way - but my Dr. has assured me that all is fine. I have also been very very ill with all day sickness. My Dr. has prescribed me some medicine to help with that - so far it is working and I am thrilled to have it! I can only hope that my 2nd trimester is a bit easier!!!

Hello, I am new to this site. I just found out that I am pregnant with my 2nd child. My son is going to be 10 in February. He is so excited about this new baby. I want to be excited but I had some very light spotting for two days. My Dr. said not to worry - as it could be implantation bleeding, but that didnt happen to me with my son. I also had two miscarriages - so of course I am nervous! I will see my Dr. in 2 weeks, at which point I will be 5 weeks. Hopefully that apt. will give me some more comfort!
