So everything has been going well. I started bleeding a bit on thursday, but doc says it's just due to my cervix being irritated. So I'm still pregnant and having braxton hicks several times a day and sometimes they're painful. I'm still not dialated and my c-section was moved to 4-22 so I have 4 weeks from tomorrow! I can't wait to meet my daughter! I just want to hold her and look at her. I'm getting exhausted, but inbetween these spells I get into my "nesting mode" but I'm getting by. Luckily hubby helps a lot with Ryder and I can get a nap or a long bath from time to time. Hope you all are doing well!
that my Dr. knows what the heck he's doing. At my 3D u/s Kelly weighed just about 4lbs and the u/s tech said at that weight and measurements, she would guess she would be due 4-10. My Dr has my due date as 4-30 and had my c-sec scheduled for 4-16, which was a little nerve wrecking because if by some chance the lady was right and I'm a bit further along than we thought, I won't make it to the 16th, but I said whatever, he knows what he's doing. But today, at my 30 week app, he said he wanted to change my c-sec date from 4-16 to 4-22! Why on EARTH would you move it back? She's going to be enormous if she makes it that long, but I know she won't, I'll go into labor before that and then they'll have to rush around and do everything in a scary sort of way! ugh! I'm just aggravated, but trying to have faith that he knows what he's doing. It's hard sometimes. Thanks for letting me vent!
Everything is going great! i know ultrasounds aren't always the best indicator of weight and measurements on a fetus, but I can only hope my U/S tech was off a bit when I got my U/S at 27 weeks. She said the baby was measuring 30w and 3d and weighed 3lbs 1 oz! HUGE for 27 weeks! The hilarity of it is, my hubby is 5'4" and 120lbs soaking wet! Funny how things work out. I get my 3d ultrasound on Friday the 13th! I'm so excited to see her little face!
Well here I am 25 weeks today! I'm so excited with each day that passes knowing that I'm only 3 short months away from meeting my Kelly! I'm kind of sick today. i have an awful cough and I'm just super tired, I would much rather be at home sleeping than here at work. Everytime I cough through the night, it wakes poor Kelly (and dear hubby) up and she just kicks for a half hour then we go back to sleep. Ryder, my 13 month old, is getting so big and smart. His favorite "toy" is his books. That boy loves to just sit and look through books and pretend he''s reading, it's the cutest thing ever. Anywho I'll update more later! Ciao!
