Electrical outlets, appliances and cords can be baby safety hazards. Be sure to cover unused electrical outlets with safety caps and to replace broken or missing receptacle cover plates to avoid electrocution. Small appliances, including blow dryers and irons, should be unplugged when not in use and kept out of your baby's reach to avoid electrocution.
