What's happening this week:
Your baby is now 11 1/4 inches from crown to rump, and he's plumping up fairly quickly. The lungs are nearly developed enough to function well on their own and the eyes are maturing rapidly. The pupils dilate, the color of the iris begins to appear and sleep patterns are becoming more regular.
