What's happening this week:
As your amniotic fluid level begins to drop, your baby has less room to move around. The fingernails have reached the tips of the fingers, the brain is still growing and the immune system is getting strong enough to fight mild infection. Your baby is around 12 3/4 inches from crown to rump, or 17 inches from head to heel.
