First Month of Pregnancy

Your Baby - Your baby is about the size of a dime during this first month. He has eyes, mouth and head and his legs and arms are growing. His heart and lungs have begun to beat and his lungs have begun to form. He is about half an inch long at the end of this month of pregnancy.

Your Body - Early pregnancy sign number 1 - You miss your period and discover that you're pregnant. Your breasts are tender and slightly bigger.

Frequent urination is another early sign of pregnancy and can be experienced during this month.
