Candida InfectionA Candida Infection is an infection caused by yeast-like fungus, which occurs most often in the vagina, mouth (Thrush), and intestinal tract.
CaputA Caput is swelling formed under a newborn baby's scalp, as a result of trauma during delivery.
CatheterA catheter is a tube used to drain or inject fluid through a body opening.
CervixThe cervix is in the lower part of the uterus which dilates and effaces during labor to allow passage of the baby.
Cesarean SectionA c-section or cesarean section is delivery of the baby through an incision in the abdomen, rather than through the vagina.
CircumcisionA circumcision is a procedure where the foreskin is removed from the penis of male infants.
